		KENNETH J. KOBATAKE President and RME Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Kobatake is the President and RME of Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Kobatake’s responsibilities include directing overall operations of the Company including estimating, cost control and construction management.
		SUE-ANN G. KOBATAKE Secretary and Treasurer Delta Construction Corporation Ms. Kobatake is one of the co-founders of Delta Construction Corporation in 1978. She is the corporate Secretary/Treasurer for Delta Construction Corporation.
		EDWIN H. SAITO Executive Vice President - Finance Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Saito is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Saito is responsible for directing the accounting and finance operations of Delta Construction Corporation which includes insurance, bonding, project financing and accounting operations.
		MARTIN E. MILLER Executive Vice President – Operations Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Miller is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Miller has overall operational responsibility for all Delta Construction’s general engineering projects. He has more than 30 years experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer on numerous major construction projects. Mr. Millers’ experience includes a wide variety of projects, including large public works projects, major private development projects, as well as State and Federal Government projects.
		MAYNARD C.L. PANG Vice President – Military Public and Private Ventures Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Pang is Vice President of Military Public and Private Ventures (PPV) for Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Pang has overall operational responsibility on military PPV project to insure quality and productivity, including coordinating manpower and equipment needs with the general superintendent and shop and equipment managers and also represents Delta Construction Corporation with Owners and Owners’ Representatives.
		JAMES M. MALONE Vice President – Estimating Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Malone is Vice President in charge of Estimating for Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Malone and his staff are responsible for estimating heavy civil site work for housing developments, military housing redevelopment, golf courses, marinas, shopping centers, highways and other heavy construction projects. James brings over 40 years of experience to the company. He has been involved in the construction of well over 1000 miles of pipelines through various terrains; large pump stations and storage facilities; major highway construction and material production. He has managed a large equipment fleet. He brings extensive and diverse experience to Delta Construction Corporation.
		DAVIS D. HIGA General Counsel Delta Construction Corporation Mr. Higa is the General Counsel for Delta Construction Corporation. Mr. Higa is responsible for and oversees review of contract documents, resolution of civil actions, labor arbitrations, regulatory enforcement, community relations and human resources issues.
